How much does a video cost?

Every project is quoted individually and scoped to the job, not to a rate card. Length, animation complexity and timeline are what move the number. You get a fixed quote before kickoff, and it doesn't change unless the scope does.

Why don't you publish prices?

Because a price list would be wrong for almost everyone. A 30 second animated ad and a three minute product explainer are different builds entirely. Publishing one number means overcharging half our clients and underserving the rest. Bring your project to a call and you'll leave with a real quote.

What actually changes the price?

Three things. Length, because more seconds means more frames. Style complexity, since full character animation costs more than clean motion graphics, and edits built on your footage cost the least. And timeline, because a compressed deadline prices differently to a standard two to three week run.

Do you charge extra for revisions?

No. Revisions are built into the scope. You approve every stage before it moves forward: script, voiceover, storyboard, animation, sound. That means revisions catch small things instead of restarting the project. There's no per round revision fee waiting at the end.

Is there a minimum project size?

No formal minimum. We've made single 15 second ads and we run monthly engines producing dozens of videos. What matters is whether the job is a fit, not how big it is.

Do you charge separately for different formats?

No. Every ratio and cutdown your project needs is included: 16:9, 9:16, 1:1, whatever the platforms require. Charging extra for the same video in another shape is a common practice we don't follow.

How long does a video take?

Most projects run two to three weeks from first call to final file. Shorter edits move faster. Long form animation with character work takes longer. Whatever the timeline is, it's fixed before kickoff, and we hit it 98% of the time.

How soon can you start?

Within 24 to 48 hours of an approved scope. There's no queue to join and no onboarding period before real work begins.

What happens on the first call?

Thirty minutes, with the founder rather than a sales rep. You explain what you need, we ask about the audience and the goal, and you leave knowing what it would cost and how long it would take. Nothing to prepare beforehand.

What if we don't have a script or a clear idea yet?

That's the normal starting point. We write the script from your brief, you approve every word before anything is designed, and the visual direction follows the script, never the other way around. You only need to arrive with the problem.

What do you need from us to get started?

Less than you'd expect. Your brand assets, any footage you have, and clarity on what the video needs to achieve. If you have a script or brand guidelines, great. If not, we build them into the process.

How do approvals work?

You sign off at every stage. Script, voiceover selection, storyboard, animation, sound design. Nothing moves forward without your approval. It's the reason projects don't get rebuilt at the end.

What kinds of video do you make?

Explainer videos and product demos, corporate and long form video, podcast and YouTube editing, short form content for Shorts, Reels and TikTok, and video ads for paid campaigns. Animated, filmed, or a mix of both.

Do you only do animation, or editing too?

Both, under one roof. That's unusual. Most studios do one or the other and outsource the rest. A single project can be fully animated, cut from your raw footage, or combine the two, without anyone getting handed off between vendors.

Do you do 3D animation?

No. We're a 2D animation and video editing studio. That covers 2D character animation, motion graphics, 2.5D, isometric, kinetic typography, animated infographics, screencast demos and mixed media. If a project genuinely needs full 3D, we'll tell you on the call rather than take it on.

Can you edit footage we already have?

Yes, and it's often the most cost effective route. Raw footage, webinar recordings, podcast sessions, event coverage, creator content. We cut it into finished pieces, with graphics, captions, colour and sound.

Do you write scripts and handle voiceover?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Script writing, voiceover casting and recording, sound design and music are all part of production. You approve the script before design starts, and you choose from curated voice options rather than sifting through a marketplace.

Can you match our existing brand?

Yes. We build on your brand: colours, typography, logo behaviour, existing design system. If you don't have guidelines, we'll establish a visual direction with you before animation begins.

Who will I actually be working with?

The founder, plus a senior team of animators, editors, designers and sound people. No account managers in between, no juniors learning on your project, and no sales rep. You talk directly to the person responsible for the work.

What time zones do you work in?

We're available 18 hours a day across US, European and Asian business hours, based between Dover, Delaware and Istanbul. In practice, wherever you are, someone is awake during your working day.

Do you work on retainer, or project by project?

Either. Some clients send one video a year, others run a monthly content engine. There's no retainer to sign and no notice period to serve. 92% of clients stay because they want to, not because they're locked into anything.

What if we're not happy with the result?

It rarely gets that far, because you approve every stage before it's built on. If something isn't landing, we fix it within the project. That's what the stage approvals are for. Nothing gets delivered that you haven't already signed off in progress.

Through a client portal where feedback, versions, approvals and files all live in one place. No feedback lost in email threads, no hunting for the latest version, no separate tools for each part of the process.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. Many of our clients are pre launch or working on unreleased products. We sign NDAs as a matter of course, and we keep unreleased work out of our portfolio until you say otherwise.

Who owns the final video?

You do. Full ownership of the finished video transfers to you on delivery. It's your video to use however and wherever you want, with no ongoing licence from us.

Are the music and voiceover properly licensed?

Yes. Music and stock assets are licensed for your use, and voiceover is recorded with commercial usage included. You won't get a takedown notice or a licence renewal bill a year later.

Do you provide captions and subtitles?

Yes, included. Most video is watched with sound off, so captions aren't an add on. They're part of building a video that works where it's actually going to be seen.

We're not a SaaS company. Is that a problem?

Not at all. SaaS is where a lot of our work lives, but we've made videos for restaurants, sports brands, non profits, record labels, supplement companies and construction technology. If it needs explaining or selling, the craft is the same.

Yes, and a good share of our work is white label for marketing and creative agencies. You keep the client relationship, we ship under your name, and we stay invisible unless you want us in the room.
